1. Create or access your account

2. Use Log in if you already have an account.
3. Check your email for a verification message if prompted.
4. Use password reset if you cannot access your account.

2. Learn the main navigation

• Guides opens this help center.
• Auctions shows active and upcoming auction listings.
• Blogs contains news, updates, and educational posts.
• Categories groups content and listings by topic.
• Dashboard appears after sign-in and collects your account actions.

3. Use your dashboard

After signing in, open your dashboard to confirm your role, reach your profile, create content you have permission to create, and log out securely.

4. Understand roles

Different users see different options:

• Members browse content and participate in auctions.
• Managers can access manager workflows such as reports.
• Admins can manage users, categories, applications, and analytics.
